Rules governing advance booking:

Only ENVF Registered Users for this equipment are allowed to use the equipment and make the booking.
Each user can make the booking of this equipment for at most 3 consecutive days.
The starting time is 10:00AM of first day and the ending time is 09:30AM of the last day.
Users under the same supervisor cannot make the booking in a consecutive way. For example, if A and B are under the same supervisor and A has made the booking from Monday to Wednesday, then B cannot book the equipment for the Thursday. But suppose A, on Wednesday, finds that the upcoming Thursday is vacant, he or she can book the Thursday session right away.
Advance booking can only be made in a month period. No booking for the days beyond one month.
Cancellation must be made at least 1 day in advance via the GC-ECD booking system.
